Don't be a stick in the roof!
During a storm, things go flying! Tables can knock over, and chairs swing back. In this case, during a storm, this little stick flew across the yard to lodge itself into the roof of this house. Usually, something so small does not always cause much damage, if any. This little stick, however, caused a leak into the house, causing water damage in the attic and watermarks on the ceiling. Depending on the felt paper used under the shingles of your roof, you may have more damage than your neighbor who had the same situation, but thicker felt paper. If you ever get the opportunity, check out your roof and see if it needs any repairs or if you can replace the felt paper with something more durable.
