Water damage turns to mold

It is well known that if water is left to fester it begins to grow mold on surfaces that allow it. In this case, the homeowner had no idea a pipe had a leak behind this wall. It was only until mold began to show on the outer wall that the home-owner realized there may be a problem. Upon further inspection, we found a pipe with a leak and severe mold growth along the inside of the sheetrock. We cut out the portions of sheetrock that were affected and cleaned any piping or studs that could not be removed without compromising the structure.
