Cleaning soot on VCT flooring at a Pool Hall
Recently we had a commercial fire loss. This location was a pool hall. Soot covered every inch it could find! Of course, initially, we used a good old-fashioned mop to get the loose sediment picked up. Afterward, we used a bog machine that connects to our vans truck mounts. This way, the hot water from the truck mount sprays through the machine and gets deep into any crevices. This big machine has a rotating brush on it to scrub away and tough spots. So, with the combined action of the hot water and the scrubbing brush, we are able to transform these dark sooty floors into sparkling bright tiles. We cleaned the flooring at this fire loss, and even we were amazed at the way the soot-covered floor cleaned up. We love watching this process!
