Wet ceiling tiles

Sometimes the most unexpected places have water damage. This storage closet was found to have a ceiling tile with water damage. We pulled the ceiling tile from in front of the closet door and put an air mover facing down to dry out the wet portion after the source of loss was stopped. As always, we spray with an antimicrobial to help prevent mold growth. We think it's important to check areas like this, that are secluded or don't have very much traffic, every so often so that leaks don't go unnoticed. Often leaks like this do go unnoticed and cause mold growth or mushy sheetrock.
