At SERVPRO of South Cabarrus County, we care about our employees. We want them to be able to take whatever time off necessary. We want our employees to be happy and healthy. We believe our employees must know it is ok to be sick and need a day or two of rest. We go into many homes and clean all sorts of unimaginable things. We know sometimes it is a lot of work and can be overwhelming but, you would never know if our employees are burnt out because they can take time to rest should they need it. Happy employees make for good business. No one wants an unhappy technician in their house. People can tell when someone is disgruntled. It shows in the work they produce.
