Floods can be some of the most rapid and damaging natural disaster that can happen pretty much anywhere there is standing or running water. However, not all neighborhoods are the same when it comes to flooding. If you live near a lake or a creek, you’re obviously more vulnerable to flood damage, but flood zones can stretch far further than the border of the water formation!
