If you’re calling SERVPRO, you’re likely not calling us to come clean up spilled milk. You’re most likely calling SERVPRO because you’ve got a big job you need us to take care of! The good news is SERVPRO of South Cabarrus doesn’t quit during big jobs. Sometimes it will take hours and hours of labor. Sometimes it will take days. Rarely, it will take weeks.

Regardless of the time required for the size of the job, you can know that SERVPRO will not bail part way through. We have strict standards of quality for our work, and we don’t do halfway jobs. When SERVPRO shows up, gives you an appraisal, and says the work will be done, that means the work will be done. If you’ve had rough experiences with previous restoration companies, your rough experiences end the day you call SERVPRO!
